Complimentary Private Events
All complimentary semi-private events will be hosted in outdoor areas of the resort.
Complimentary events are provided at no additional cost once the group meets the qualifying terms and conditions below. These concessions apply during the official travel dates based on the current room block.
Group Event Benefits by Room Nights
30–59 Room Nights (minimum of 10 paid rooms required)
One 1-hour semi-private cocktail reception in an outdoor area.
For groups with fewer than 10 rooms per night, the resort will provide:
One semi-private dinner at a restaurant
(Restaurant selection and event timing will be confirmed during the planning process based on resort availability)
60–74 Room Nights
One 2-hour semi-private dinner event in an outdoor area
75–107 Room Nights
Up to 9 hours of semi-private events in outdoor areas over up to 3 days
108–152 Room Nights
Up to 10 hours of semi-private events in outdoor areas over up to 3 days
153–299 Room Nights
Up to 15 hours of semi-private events in outdoor areas over up to 3 days
300+ Room Nights
Unlimited days of semi-private events in outdoor areas
Important Notes
Each day must include a minimum of 3 complimentary event hours, unless the total concessions earned are fewer than 3 hours.
Shorter events may be arranged for an additional fee.
No single day may exceed 9 complimentary event hours in outdoor venues.
Additional event hours may be added for an extra charge.

ROOM BLOCK
Secure Your Destination Wedding Room Block with Confidence
Reserve your destination wedding room block with flexible group benefits designed to make planning seamless for you and your guests. With a minimum of 10 paid rooms and a 3-night stay, couples can secure exclusive group rates, wedding perks, and dedicated resort support for their celebration.
To confirm your wedding date and room block:
Initial room block deposit: $200 USD per room
Wedding signing fee: $250 USD
Final guest payments due 31 days prior to arrival
Couples also have the flexibility to add additional rooms later in the planning process, subject to availability.
